I am back from my camp. The Camp is pretty great indeed. I try the fun Flying-fox/Zip-line and it was very awesome at the starting point. Firstly before we slide, it is essential to shout "clear runway" to warn people not to walk on the runway. After the flying-fox, we proceed on to the "crocodile river" where we need to jump over "the invisible river". I doubt I can do that because when I was P5, I did not manage to jump over that river successfully despite the fact that I endeavoured a couple of times. Instead, I injured myself. However, much more persuasions from my friends and my maths teacher, Mrs Lee, I managed to jump over magnificently. But I almost hit my friend's that "part". You guys should know what I mean. After that, we went to high-rope elements. That is the expectation I want to overcome my fear.
One by one, we queue up to wait for our turn. It was precisely that the queue was absolutely long so I did not manage to have a chance to climb. "This sucks! I have been waiting so long and yet get no chance to climb huh?!" I kicked up a fuss. It is dinner time, we took our utensils along. All of us were so ravenous after our outdoor activities. Whenever we start our meal, we must sing a cheer and it must be uproarious and clear. If not, no food.
We also participated in some exhausting activities like, the NE trail and building a raft. Let's talk about NE trail first. There is a tremendous walk for this NE trail. We need to walk to Changi Beach together under a scorching sun. The distance is approximately 4.5 km. Along the way, we noticed a lot of big spiders. Out of the blue, there was a big spider web with a big spider, blocking the centre of the pathway. Many people were shocked to see that. The whole class had to squat down and run before the spider jump on your body. My partner, Dinie is very scared of spiders. Once he saw the big spider, he quickly squat down and raced. Meanwhile, he screamed,"Ahh!!!! Wahhh!!!! EEEEEE!!!! Nooooooo!!!! Spider!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!" The girls behind laughed at him. The long walk was atrocious. 4.5km is long, and some of us had run out of drinking water and our endurance had limited negatively. Luckily, our form teacher, Miss Ong had fresh water for us. The moment we reached our destination, some of us were so happy that we made it while some people was so unhappy. Due to fatigue, our teacher gave us a long rest at the beach.
Building a raft is not easy. You need to have adequate strength in order to tie the heavy barrels and the poles. We have about 16 people in one group thus would be easier to do so. Our group took such a long time to finish making a raft. We took the raft to the sea. Who knows? Our raft suddenly collapse slightly. We have no choice but to continue rafting...
Sleeping time. Whenever is daytime or nightime, there are still aeroplanes flying uproariously above our bunks (especially Singapore Airlines) It is very uncomfortable when the noisy aeroplanes flew above the bunks especially bedtime. So loud!!! How to sleep?!
